Will the project have Sewage treatment plant and rain water harvesting?

Hi Soubhagaya, Yes the project will have water treatment plant, sewage treatment plant and rain water harvesting.

There will be ample water supply through BWSSB and bore-well. Under ground and over head tank of suitable capacity.

When was the project launched and when is the expected possession time? Has the project got approval from BBMP and banks?

The project was launched in February 2015 and the expected completion date is by end of 2017. The project has got approval from BBMP and all the leading banks.

Krishna Viva is located opposite to Wipro Corporate office, Sarjapur Road. The price of the apartment in this project ranges from Rs 83 lakhs to Rs 1.07 crores.

No the builder is not negotiating but there was some festival offer of Rs 200 per sq ft off but I think the offer is over now. You can check with the builder once

Currently the rate per sqft going on in this project is Rs 5400 and amenities offered here are as follows: Clubhouse, Infinity pool on Terrace, Amphitheater, Children's play area, Skating rink, Jogging track, Toddlers play area, Multi purpose court, Basket ball ring, Elder's plaza with informal seating, Visitors car parking, Driveway all-round, Water cascade and Plaza with informal seating
