DC converted B khata

Q: Hi Guys,
I am planning to buy a plot and the owner said its a DC converted B khata.
I want to convert it to A khata at the time of buying itself. So, can some one advise me is it possible to convert to A khata at tge time of buying..??
And also how can i check whether the owner/seller is genuine (not cheating me with the property)

You can cross check all the documents provide by the owner with the help of a legal expert and also check if the property has all the necessary approvals.

Hey Praveen, At the time of registration you can convert B Khata property to A Khata by paying betterment charges.

Before buying property check all the necessary documents and approvals provided with the help of a legal expert.
