Hi...we invested with Commander Gateway ,Jupiter Builders 2 years back.

Q: The builder keeps telling us that they await CIDCO approval and have no uodate on when they can start construction.We want to invest in Panvel but fear losing our booking amount as there is no sight oon the way forward.Is there any way we can understand the progress by ourselves and then take a call on what to do next?

This builder Shailesh Davda from Valji Gokuldas , Jupiter Infrastructure has been arrested by EOW. He has duped several people. People are advised to follow up this case

Hi jasjeet i am also in same trouble.. Dont know what to do?commander gateway showing no sign of starting project.. I talked with mahanubhav. He already left his job.now i talked with wcdr more;he is also showing no interest.. Saying the same prob everytime. I am not understanding it will start or not??
