Nitesh Estates Fraud Fraud Fraud

Q: Nitesh Estates in Bangalore (or anywhere else) - one builder you should avoid. Unless you have muscle power to overpower theirs or patience to handle their arrogance. I invested 5.6L in a flat that didnt get permissions and they havent refunded money for over an year now. They define harrassment. The CRM head, his boss (who is a lady - can you believe that), and all the way till upper management are all absolutely unethical and want to make (and keep) that money at any cost. These people are bound for a big fall eventually.

Even I have read negative reviews about the builder and it is quite strange that Nitesh Estate is counted as one of the reputed builder in the real estate industry.
