Reviews on Gowra Hallmark Greenliving Gated Community ?
Q: Planning to buy 3bhk in Gowra Hallmark Greenliving. Kindly let me know if anyone have already bought or know abt this project ? They are offering 3k/sqft which is quite reasonable for any Gated Comm. Also please sugegst if you know any better Gated community within Manikonda
Booked a flat in Green living apartments last week for 3300 per sft and 5 lakh for amenities. I liked the construction and the flat is on 7th floor and happy with completion of the work as POP work completed,flooring completed. The 3 questions, 1) Will the pipeline road work will be completed by Feb ? as it is in very bad state 2) sales person suggested that we can do the interiors in dec .. My flat work is all completed just bathroom fixtures to be completed, Why are they not allowing me to do the wood work from next month 3) Do we surely get the manjeera work ?
Getting fare idea about the pricing but, any idea about additional cost, I came to understand its 5L including one car parking plus maintenance, please comment
Thank u once again. What would be the split-up for amenities charges 5L (for 2BHK) which include car parking approx. 2L, the rest should be club house (?) and electricity and backup (?). Does this include corpus /sinking fund, if yes for how many years

Booked a flat in Gowra hallmark green apartment after 5 months of search in different locations after taking multiple suggestion from friends and relatives. The primary thing which I liked was the open space in the central location and the club house is well made, This facility will make my kids to play out door and indoor. The connectivity to my office deloitte at hi-tech city is 6.5 kms from this location. I wish Green living group would provide the as per their specifications.

I am very much interested in Green living project, I will finalizing the price this weekend. Just compared the prospects with the near by projects like BRC, Niharika and found that this apartments is good. I have seen the model flat and the few semi finished flats and they look good. The question I have is, will this area fetch good rentals ? Is it worth investing in this region ? However I could see good price appreciation when compared to last two years
Trying to find reviews and cost per sft of Gowra Hallmark project which is on pipeline road. Did anyone purchased the property their ? My cousin has visited the place and has asked me to find the reviews ? Please share the reviews and also cost.
I stay near to this green living, been interacting with the sales team for the last 3 weeks. They are offering 3275 per sft as closing price. They are very rigid on pricing, When I visited on 8 May Sunday. The reception was like a market, too many people who have already purchased the property were their, new buyers etc. interacted with the people who have already purchased the property and they gave positive revives regarding construction status and pricing also. I got to know that the prices will vary month on month with respect to the construction status. I feel its worth buying the property here as its only well constructed gated community in Manikonda.
@Rakesh : In the place where I stay we depend on water tankers between 1-2 months a years, This year in the month of Feb we faced water problem , However our flat association got a new bore and its working fine. I think this project have implemented some desalting water plant which can save water and harvesting pits. They said Manjeera approved, Pipeline work is going for Manikonda.
hi guys, we booked a flat in green living at 3200/sqft few months ago. we dont have any idea about water here as we stay in kphb. we searched many communities but this seems to be at reasonable price compared to other projects in this area. As our kid is studying in bhavans jubliee hills we looked for flats around ou colony, khajaguda. Rental value might b good as this is a gated community n its near to schools. Hoping for the best in the future.
Hi, I heard that the project doesn't have SBI home loan approval yet. Online search says SBI approval is good to have for any project because they have thorough process of verification. Any idea why SBI approval is being delayed for this? Any suggestions would be of great help to me.
Gowra Hallmark Townships Pvt Ltd is one of the leading builders in Hyderabad. The project is located in the heart of the city at Manikonda and is a very impressive project. It is well designed and will surely appreciate very well. Water logging is common in some parts of the area, but most of the apartments use rain water harvesting and other such options to control it. It shouldn't be a major problem with Gowra Hallmark Greenliving.

Yes, rate is reasonable and if you talk to the builder he is ready to give some discount in the basic price.
