No signs of delivery of the project

Q: I have booked a flat with Raunak city kalyan. My agreement says the possession date of June 2015 and am waiting for possession. There is hardly any movement on the project from the time i booked it and when i have visited now, I am having a bad experience with them

Hi all,
Phase-3 posession has been delayed to December 2015 now. But seeing the current status of construction work which is on hold. They have told me that construction work will start from August 2015 but no work has not yet started. Now, they are saying that possession will be June 2016. I don't no when will the construction work be started.

Which phase are you talking about? have you visited the project site? What is the reason of delay? Can you share some current information of this project? Lot's of buyers are waiting for their flat possession.

Hi, i have booked a flats in PH-3. Project is very good but it has got delayed and i don't see possession happening anytime before next June'2016. Since last 1 yr. builder has not send any demand letter. All permissions and approvals are already obtained from KDMC but project has been delayed.
