I work in Infosys and was looking for some projects there. The project is located at PESIT South Main Rd, Konappana Agrahara, Electronic City. The project is spread over 36,000 sqft land comprising of 4 Towers and 3 wings. As far as I know there will be only 64 apartments with a combination of 1,2 and 3 bhk units.

Hi Mangal, Have you visited the site? What is the current rate per sqft going on in this project and which local body has approved the project?

I have not visited the site but I have enquired about the project. The current rate per sqft going on is Rs 3400 and the project has got approval from BBMP.
