The price range for apartments here is Rs 5,000-6,000 per sqft and Rs 8,000-10,000 per sqft for plots. Hosa Road, with access to Sarjapur ORR, has options ranging between Rs 3,500-4,000 per sqft. Apartments on Hosur Road are priced between Rs 5,000-6,000 per sqft,
