Also I happen to meet a Dhanam Nagar resident. He claimed the plot value is around 4-5 Lakhs per cent. It depends where the site is and direction it faces and road width. Also he said local brokers get the land from seller at 3 Lakhs and sell it after few months at market price. Each broker there have around 10 sites in their name. Seems that they are waiting for Airport expansion project and bypass to start.
Due to Proximity to CBE Avinashi Road. CBE and Tirupur are poised to be the twin cities and there will be lots of development in between these cities along the this road. This area is in between these cities and closer to CBE. The central CBE can be reached within 30 minutes from this area. Industrial SEZ Suzlon at Karumathampatti is not far. From what I hear Karumathampatti has gone up in real-estates value significantly in one year.

My investment budget s 25Lac, I have considered this location as future plan that Dhaman nagar behind Park royal hotel will appreciate in next couple of years due to airport expansion. I think this location is good for investment purpose where you can earn good capital appreciation in next 5 to 6 years.
