Q: I have a idea to buy a dream home in Coimbatore, So i need a best residential builder, who construct the property under vastu,
Latest Answer: I was looking forward to buying a flat built with Vastu complaint & I came across many builders & most of the builders said their property was built as per Vastu compliance. Some of them are Casagrand Builders, Salarpuria Sattva Group, Ahuja Group, Nest Habitation. However, I suggest you check if the property is 100% Vastu friendly rather than blindly believing in their words.

Q: What is the market value of Sri Dhanam Nagar, Mylampatti, Coimbatore?
Site approx. 2 Kms from Avinashi Road.
Latest Answer: Also I happen to meet a Dhanam Nagar resident. He claimed the plot value is around 4-5 Lakhs per cent. It depends where the site is and direction it faces and road width. Also he said local brokers get the land from seller at 3 Lakhs and sell it after few months at market price. Each broker there have around 10 sites in their name. Seems that they are waiting for Airport expansion project and bypass to start.

Q: Hey can anyone tell me about the recent hotels in Avinashi Road area? Some new ones I keep hearing about but I don't know much.
Latest Answer: Avinashi Road is such a vast stretch of highway in Coimbatore. There is always some hotel or the other being commissioned in this area. One new hotel that is coming up is from ITC in Race Course I suppose. It is a fantastic location for building a hotel, given it is close to the city and connects to the airport

Q: Whats the status of the water recharge system at the Avinashi Road? Moving there soon with my son, want an overall idea of what Ill be facing. Please if any problems are there in that place, dont hesitate to share.
Latest Answer: Since the original plan involved construction of tunnels and two aqueducts to cross the roads and railway lines, re-investigation of the alignment was to overcome these difficulties and to bring down the expenditure.

Q: Hey, I currently live in Coimbatore alone in a company provided 1 BHK house. My family is planning to come and live here with me, since my rotation is extended to 2 years here. I have two kids, a wife, and a father who will be moving here. Avinashi road is close to my office and I want to rent a flat in that area only. I will actually prefer 2 or 3 BHK in gated community, but other apartments will also be fine if they are good. I want to know about the prices there and nice gated communities where I can rent place. Thank you!
Latest Answer: Hey 3 BHK apartment in a gated community will easily cost you between 20,000 to 25,000 rupees, you’ll get very luxurious ones for more than that also but, I don’t think you’ll want to spend more than this amount on rent. Individual houses, you’ll find obviously for a cheaper price than/ these apartments. Actually, you’ll find nice ones for less than 20,000 rupees. Nice Multi story building apartments and apartments in gated community don’t have too much price difference, so you’d rather go for a gated community apartment in my view.

Q: Hey, heard that some improvements and up-gradations were made to the Avinashi Road?Is it true? What did they do? I recently bought a property there. Please tell me there’s some good news coming my way!
Latest Answer: They proposed to make two layers on the road, But I don’t know if they removed the top layer of the existing road before laying new roads. I think most of the cities in the state don’t follow this. It is extra time and effort, but has better and lasting long term benefits. The real good news will be when they actually do that. otherwise, they’ll have to keep repeating this every few years, and you will have to take detours to commute to to other parts. Not trying to scare you or anything, the roads are perfectly fine on that road, no big potholes and all, so I guess it’s oki.

Q: Hey! My wife and I have been working for quite some time now, and we have finally saved enough money to buy a nice house. We wanted to explore our options to invest in Avinashi Road. Since, we are first time buyers, we don’t want to leave any detail out before we select a locality. A colleague of my wife mentioned to her about lot of water stagnation problems in that area. That is kinda putting us off a little bit. Can someone clearly explain what this whole problem really is?
Latest Answer: Yea, it is the pavement’s fault in a way, but they drilled some holes to make sure the water din sit in the streets and footpath, so the only solution to this problem is cleaning the drainage channels, which the corporation says they’ll soon do. But, I’m sure that’ll take a good amount of time. They’re going to be cleaning some insane amount of plastic waste and sewage and cable wires clogged under the pavement. You know it’s a very smart thing to keep note of these civic issues before investing. Don’t make this water issue your deciding factor, Avinashi road have lot of advantages also. Research properly, Good luck.

Q: How much would rent for a 3 BHK and a 4BHK apartment be near Avinashi Road?
Latest Answer: A 4BHK villa on Avinashi costs around 43000! Seems steep, but a villa along Avinashi is prime property.
