Kg signature city review

Q: Hello there. I am looking buy an apartment in the KG Signature city, and wanted some feedback on KG Builders. Do all the amenities function? is water supply available 24X7? Is the security good? Anybody living there who could give me this information, please?

Hi, I booked a flat in Signature City Phase 1. The project is ready to move and there is no issue at all for parking. I don't observe any negative feedback in this project. Own borewell and taken approval from local authorities for water supply.The planning was very neat and design is in fact very good.

Hi! I visited the site some days back. the amenities look very good and the whole project itself is grand. Water supply is not a problem here as it is in one of the preferred areas of Chennai. I dont have contact with people who live there but i am in the process of investing here and can vouch for the project.
