Q: I booked a flat in KG signature city Phase2 in year 2015, which is still under construction. KG offered us high rates. However, now they are coming up with special offers to new buyers. Can we now avail such discounts from KG?

Latest Answer: I am the resident of KG signature city in Phase I. KG gives attractive offers and also the prices are being reduced.. They don't provide car park for new buyers. I think, now the prevailing price per sq ft is Rs.3999/-.
