The project is loaded with amenities and facilities such as Basket Ball court, Jogging Track, Volley ball Court, Children’s Play Area, Cricket practice pitch,Gazebo with deck, Amphitheatre, Skating rink, Mound plaza with Reflexology pathway, Seating plaza with mounds, Seating Gallery at play courts, Elderly Seating under tree, Club House and much more.

KNS Aroha has got approval from BMRDA and bank approvals are still under process. The present rate per sqft going on is Rs 2050 and the development is expected to get completed by March 2017

KNS Aroha is a plotted development project with a mix of residential and few commercial plots. KNS Aroha is spread over 45 acres of land and there will be a total of 554 plots.

Area in Dimensions are: 30*40, 30*50, 40*50, 40*60, 80*50 and Odd sites
Area in sqft :- 1200 sqft, 1500 sqft, 2000 sqft, 2400 sqft, 4000 sqft
