Inquiry about MJ Azaliya by MJ Infrastructure. Planning to book a flat soon.

Q: Hi Friends ,
I have short listed a 2 BHK flat in MJ Azaliya by MJ Infrastructure (http://www.mjinfrastructure.com/). This is near Central Jail (Near Amritha College) , Off Sarjapur Road and is a ready to move in project.

Any feedback about the MJ Infrastructure builder will be appreciated.

I have researched that they have completed 5 projects and are a decent mid segment builder whose construction quality is good . For Azaliya, they are in the process of getting OC too.
Friend any info regarding the construction quality , concern with the locality or highlighting hidden issues will be a big help .

Where exactly is the project located in Sarjapur? What about the approvals from legal body and banks?

This project is located at Chudasandra, just 1.2 km behind Amrita collage of engineering, off Sarjapur road and off Hosur road very close to Wipro Corporate office.

The project has got approval from Bangalore Development Authority and banks like Corporation bank, Bank of Baroda, SBI, HDFC, LIC, Federal bank and Vijaya bank.

MJ Infrastructure is one of the top and reputed developers in Bangalore. . I do not think there is any issue and never heard any complaints about the same.

Hi All, I read in the builder website that the builder have obtained Occupancy Certificate (OC) for this project.

Yeah even I check.. It is mentioned in their website that they are going to provide Occupancy Certificate and Commencement Certificate.

Please help me how the scope of appreciation for this project or I should invest in some other project . My need is to live in a property for 5-6 years which would fetch me good return after 5-6 years. Please help .

Sarjapur road is one of the fast developing localities in Bangalore with good connectivity to IT hubs. It is just 45 km from Bangalore International Airport and 15 km from Kempegowda Bus Station (Majestic Station) and Bangalore City Railway station. Apart from this, the metro lines are under construction, which would give easy access to various parts of the city.

\Sarjapur is a good location from the residential and investment point of view. Moreover it is commutable to both Whitefield (IT hub) and Jaynagar (business hub)
