What is the rate per sqft going on and which local body has approved the project? What kind of plots are offered here?

Currently the rate per sqft going on is Rs 1549 and the project has got approval from BMRDA. The project is offering plots with different dimension such as 1200, 1500, 2400 and 3600 sqft.

The price of the plots ranges from Rs 13.80 lakhs to Rs 41.40 sqft approximately.
