Are there any flats still available in Centelia/Dandelion in 2 bhk? How my floors are there in each building?

Best place for investors & self use both. GB road prices will continue to rise for another 5 years which is a good news for investors. Acme recently gave possession of a tower at Ozone, so possession delivery is not a problem for this property. One can also book an apt here for self use.

They are planning to give possession for one of the new tower. Sorry don't know the name. But there has to be some flats available for that tower if you are looking for ready possession.

Horrible builder...No possession for flats bought in 2010...Please stay away

There has to be some flats left. Its still under construction. Though the delivery will be soon.

No, only few 3BHK is available for sale. You can directly talk to the builder if there is any builder floor available.

Hi Usman,
i can only say that builder is good but before buying check all the legal approvals, total cost of the flat including EDC and IDC, check all the important clauses mentioned in the agreement. Better, verify it by a property lawyer. As i read some bad reviews in this project. Happy property buying....
