Thane being the hottest place to invest has gained interest of multiple huge builders like Acme, Lodha, Hiranandani, Kalpataru & many more. I personally feel Acme Ozone is the best project in the area, because of its pricing, location, area, construction quality & on time possessions. Highly recommended.
Guys, although this builder is reputed, as far as I know, this project is in limbo/locha for several years now! Be careful before buying. Buyer beware!
Can anybody let me know about the list of some good projects coming up in Thane West and names of builders as I am planning to buy a flat in this area. Need your opinion??
You can expect a definite appreciation in property value in case you have plans of selling it in future. Seeing at the current real estate trend the prices have got appreciated by 3% in last quarter. So one can expect a huge rise in value in coming times. Moreover as many new infrastructure developments happening to take place in this locality, prices are going to boom in next 3-4 years.
I am a NRI and will be visiting Mumbai shortly. I have plans of booking a 2 BHK flat at Acme ozone located at Thane west. Will I get my money's worth if I sell the same property in future. Please guide me about this matter since I dont have any idea about real estate.
For your kind information there are several established retail giants like Big Baazar, DMart, RMall and Reliance Mart having their presence in the vicinity of the project. There are many reputed schools, super specialty hospitals, banks and ATM's near the project. One can also find many nationalized and private banks in and near the project.
As far my knowledge is concerned the transport and infrastructure facility is excellent. BEST and TMC have regular bus schedule to other destinations. Thane station is just 4 kms from the project and airport is located at a distance of approx 23 kms. The project is reachable from both Eastern Expressway Highway as well as Western Expressway Highway. There are plans of introducing LRT and tramway as mode of local transport. There is also a proposal to extend the Ghatkopar-Mulund metro rail network till Thane. Beside Ghodbunder Road- Borivali stretch has been made 6 lane for faster movement of traffic.

Acme Ozone Phase II consists of 2, 3 and 4 BHK units. The cost for 2 BHK's comes to approx 90 lakhs, 3 BHK cost Rs. 1.33 crore onwards and 4 BHK's costs Rs. 1.85 crore onwards. They are quoting Rs. 9300 per sqft. Acme Ozone is coming up in Manpada off Ghodbunder Road in Thane West. The project is being developed by Acme Group who have a strong presence in real estate sector and have completed many projects successfully and have thousands of satisfied customers.

What is the current rate per sqft and where exactly is the project coming up in Thane West. Could anybody tell me about builders reputation as I am very much interested in this project.
