Hi, How much is the amount do I have to pay to book an apartment in Vivansaa Blessings? Has the project got approval from banks?

To book an apartment in Vivansaa Blessing you have to pay Rs 2.4 lakhs and the project has got approvals from all the major banks.

No man, as far as I know the booking amount for Vivansaa Aurigaa is Rs 4 lakhs and no Pre EMI till possession.

The real estate market in this stretch is fast developing and lot of projects are coming up in this belt. There are many reputed schools over there and even Wipro and Infosys SEZ is coming up. You can expect a good appreciation in the coming days.

Hey, Not much information available over the internet as well as with the sales person as the project is in pre launch stage and all the approvals are under process. All these info we can only get after the launch.

Hi Farahan, Vivansaa Blessings is a pre launch project and offers 1,2 and 3 BHK homes designed for the new generation, with 60% open space on both sides. They are planning to launch the project soon.

As per my knowledge, the pre launch price they are quoting is Rs 2599. they are giving 10:80:10 scheme or you can pay 10% and own an apartment and no Pre EMI till possession.
