Q: I am 27 yrs old professional looking for the residential apartment, but my budget is approx. Rs 30 lakh and want to buy a property in Kolkata. I have shortlisted one project Meena Srishti by GM Group. Please suggest me whether to buy or not?

Hi, I am planning to buy an apartment in Meena Srishti. Is unit available and what is the booking amount and how much is the rate per sq ft they are quoting? When they are planning to give the possession?

Hello Dear, Last Sunday I visited his site office and inquire about this project. They told me few units are available with size 800 Sq ft, quoted rate per sq ft is Rs 3000. The project is expected to complete till Sept 2016.

For blocking apartment, you have to pay Rs 3 lakh at the time of booking and rest will be as per CLP plan. When I ask the ratio he general say 80:20 ratio means you have to pay 20% at the time of booking and rest 80% according to plan.

Rajarhat is a developed and organised township, divided into three areas namely:
1. Action Area I - which contains department stores, residential and business areas.
2. Action Area II - serving as the main central business district (CBD) comprising of institutional plots, IT Business Parks, plots and apartment complexes.
3. Action Area - III mainly consisting of high-rise residential complexes and mini sub-townships.

Can someone tell me more about the Meena Srishti project? How are the location and its surrounding area. How about the water sources in this project, Is it worth to invest in this place?

Recently I came across this project, I like the way the layout plan is designed and I also contact with the builder to know more about this project. I got full details and information about this project and I am satisfied with the builder reputation. The rate per sq ft is Rs 3000 and I think it is quite reasonable rate as per current trends in this area.

Is State Bank of India is financing home loan for this project? Has the project got necessary approvals?

Yes you can take home loan from SBI and also builder has tie up with other banks like LIC, ICICI, HDFC banks and Yes the builder has taken necessary approval for this project. All document are clear there is no issue with paper works.

Meena Srishti is an ongoing project and the project is expected to get completed by June 2016. Currently, the rate per sqft going on Rs 3000 and 2 BHK apartment in this project will cost you around 26 lakhs including ST and VAT.

Meena Srishti is one of the best options in Rajarhat, Kolkata. The affordable residential project offers 2BHK apartments with size 800 sq ft. The project is well equipped with basic amenities to facilitate the wants of the residents. So in my point of view if you are looking for residential purpose please proceed in buying.

2. Chinar Park Bus Stop 0.1 km
3. Apex General Hospital 1.1 km
4. 5 minutes drive from Big bazar
