Is it worth to buy a flat at vedapatti?

Q: I thought of buying a flat in coimbatore and It should be below 30L. I have come up with one at vedapatti. So that my monthly rent become my load repayment. The thing what worrying me is the locality and facility to commute. Need you guidance on this regard.

Is it comes under corporation limit or it is in town punchayet. Will there be any cost/fee modification if it comes under corporation limit.

Hello, You can easily locate Garden city @ Vedapatti town Panchayat, near Gandhi park.Just 5 km from RS Puram, the project is well connected to the city with luxurious amenities inside as gated community.

I like the project very much and going to finalize one unit in this project. Has the project got all the necessary approvals from banks and local body? Is the builder going to offer OC and CC?

Hi Ali,
The project has got approval from DTCP. The builder is going to provide OC and CC for this project. Banks like SBI, LIC Housing Finance, ICICI, HDFC, Axis, PNB, Karnataka Bank and Vijaya Bank are providing home loan for this project.

In my conversion with the builder executive, they said that project is properly prepared with all of the amenities to facilitate the desires of the residents.various amenities are as follows:
1. Landscaped gardens
2. Pollution free environment
3. Lush green surroundings
4. UV treated water facilities and more.

If you are looking for low budget projects, I would like to suggest you to go ahead with Garden city. Within your budget, you get 2 and 3 BHK units in this project. 2 BHK of size 600 sq ft cost you around 16 lakhs.

Garden City offers 1, 2 and 3 bhk apartments with size ranges from 336 sqft to 600 sqft. There will be 1356 units spread over 46 towers and 40% of the construction is already completed, the possession is expected by end of 2016.
