I checked out the completion status of the project and got to know that the project is almost done with almost 63% project completed and 37% of the project is still going on and will get done by march 2015.

You can check out the floor plans for the row houses on the internet and can also go through pictures of the building under construction. The apartments look good for investment on paper but lets just see how it shapes out in the future. I think there are only 3 bhks available here. The row houses available in the Silver Springs II are 1776 Sq. Ft. huge and are 3 bhk and the starting price of each row house in the campus is Rs. 70 lakhs. Which is more than the usual prices, in the market area.

Hi frnd, Most other communities do not have some of the amenities mentioned here like swimming pool, a grand club house with a lounge and a games room, lawn with party area, generator backup and a kids friendly play area.

The project is still under construction and will only be available for possession after march 2015. They look a little costly but I think once they are constructed they will be value for money. The whole place is built according to vastu compliance.

Hey this project seems quite good. Silver springs II itakes up 9.4 acres of land in vedapatti, which is only 4 kms away from the coimbatore main city. Also, Pricol properties is a well known builder in Coimbatore and they build their houses using modern techniques. They have carefully designed houses with a lot of greenery all around.
