Bren Palm Completion Date

Q: All,

I have purchased an apartment in Bren Palms and was hoping the property to be complete by Dec2015 and handed over on time. I visited the building last weekend and it definitely looks like will take another couple of months. Anyone else has any updates to share around this concern?

It is not yet handed over ..One of my friends say that the some apts belong to landowner .After sale, the builder is simply delaying the registration

I got this property from a land owner share and yeah i got the loan sanctioned by SBI .. the documents seems clean and has got all necessary approvals ..

Hi Karan, When I inquired about the project, the sales person told me that the project will be completed by May or June 2016. Can anyone tell me if the project has got all the necessary approvals?

Hi Afzal, As far as I know the project has got approval from BBMP and banks like HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, LIC Housing Finance, State Bank of India and ICICI Bank.

But when my friend booked the flat on November 2015 , they told it will be complete in January 2016.
