I could see the project is still under construction. Can anyone tell me what is the price going on now and when they are planning to launch the project?

They are planning to give the possession by March 2016 and the price of the apartment starts from Rs 97 lakhs on wards all inclusive.

They are charging VAT around 14.5 % and service tax around 12.5 %. But maximum VAT is supposed to be 5.5% and service tax 3.09% of base cost

Who has approved the project and which is giving loan for this project? Is there cauvery water connection?

BBMP has approved the project. Banks like HDFC, ICICI and SBI is providing loan for this project.

Recently, a Bangalore based real estate developer SJR Group has launched a brand new identity for the company. The new identity “Bren” is a part of the firm’s renewal and expansion plans, which also involves broadening into new areas including education and retail.
