How much is the current rate per sqft going on and what will be the total cost of a 3 bhk here?

The current rate per sqft going on is Rs 2900 and the base price of a 3 bhk will cost you somewhere around Rs 38.25 lakhs approximately.

A 2 bedrooms apartment in this project will cost you around Rs 33 lakhs excluding registrations. It is A Khata property as far as I know.

According to sources, Kalyani constructions are related to this project, because they first planned to construct a project in this land but because of the delay of the construction Land Owners cancelled their agreements and they hand over to SRIVARI PROJECTS to construct the project

Yes the project has got approval from BBMP and the price of an apartment in this project starts from Rs 33 lakhs all inclusive plus registrations.

Yes srivari abhgilasha is completing on january 2017 end , And it is 2 blocks appartment, oc and cc is there for this project .cc ( Commencement cerificate ) they have already , and all the leading bank approvals also.if cc is there oc 100% u will get in the time of occupation.

Currently the rate per sqft going on is Rs 2899 and the price of the apartment starts from Rs 28.50 lakhs on wards. There will be only basic amenities in this project such as gym, badminton, multi purpose hall and swimming pool.
