Regarding approvals for Lakebreeze

Q: Hi. i have a question related to the approvals for this project LNR LakeBreeze. Can you please let me know whether this project is approved by State Bank and LIC HF. If so, then builder should be able to produce the approval letter from SBI. Has anyone booked a unit in this property? Has the builder been able to show the legal approval letter from SBI for this project. Please let me know.

Hey, I have been looking at buying a property at Lake Breeze. I was quite impressed with them. They even have approvals from most of the banks and also gave me a set of documents to verify with. I will soon be an owner of a property at lake breeze. thank you sumadhura.

Hi Milind..
Yes the sales person had told the same thing to us also..
I have booked a unit in this project and the booking amount is also given. But now, when I am asking for the approval letter from SBI, they are not able to produce the correct document. So was concerned and wanted to know if there is an approval for the project from SBI/LIC

Oh Okay, You can do one thing you can visit your nearest SBI bank ( if possible) and check with them if they have approved the project or not.

2 bhk price starts from 69.30 Lacs.(Basic Price) and the project is expected to get completed by May 2017.

Hey Priyamrita, When I enquired about the project, the sales person told me that the project has got approval from banks like SBI, HDFC, AXIS and LIC DHFL. Yes the builder should be able to produce the approval letter from all the respective banks.
