Hello, I am also planning to buy a flat in SLS Signature at Panathur. Can someone tell me if anyone has got the builder documents verified with some advocate. Is it all genuine. As the builder saying that property is A Khata and they will provide OC/CC..is it true? Also Can i get added to whatsapp group for this is possible. My number - 9632022552

I too have booked a flat in SLS Signature. They have received approval from SBI. I have also went for SBI for my housing loan. And the initial disbursement has also happened from SBI to the builder.

Not so lucrative as it seems, possession in March'17 they say yet their agents have confimed they are behind schedule. There is a sense of cheating here as amenities and other extras promised are not a part of plan(considered deviation as per BBMP), Like any other builder there are problems. The first and foremost being the access road to the entrance and width before families move in. After a lot of re-search i backed out from their poor knowledge and rough talking.
