Hi lakshya... It is not with Nitesh Estates... Delay in possession is a common problem with all the builders... Nitesh at-least do not compromise on quality of construction as far as I know.

British Columbia is a project by Nitesh Estates and it is a brand, so there is no doubt in the construction quality but i have read few other forum where it is mentioned that there is always delay in possession. Any idea about that?
