Hi all,
I am interested in this project. Can i expect a short review on it? What is the current price per square foot going on? How is the project connectivity?

Supertech Azalia located at Sector-68, Sohna Road, Gurgaon. It offers 1/2/3 BHK semi luxury apartments. It's sizes will be 600 sq-ft in 1BHK , 1020 sq-ft. in 2BHK and 1225 sq-ft. in 3BHK. It is a G+18 storeys apartment consists 200 units in 6-towers. The total cost of a 1BHK flat will be Rs45 lacs all inclusive.

It is well connected from Sohna Road and SPR, Southern Peripheral Metro Route, Entrance from 60 mtrs wide road, 1.2 km from world class commercial and office on Sohna Road, 5.5 kms from NH-8 and Rajiv Chowk.

Azalia is a HUDA approved project and for all the necessary approvals you have to visit the developers office and verify it with the help of a legal expert.

Almost all the leading banks and financial institutions such as Indiabulls, Axis, ICICI, HDFC have approved this for housing loan.

AS per developers possession date will be 3 yrs from now i.e. December-2018.

Rates:- Possession Link Plan-Basic sale Price-Rs.6000/sq-ft., Less-Inaugural Discount and timely payment rebate-150/sq-ft. BSP after all discount:- 5750/sq-ft.

Subvention Plan:- Basic Sale Price-6500/sq-ft. Inaugural Discount-300/sq-ft, BSP after Discount-6200/sq-ft.

Construction Link Plan:- BSP-6000/sq-ft., Inaugural Discount-Rs.200/sq-ft., Timely payment rebate-150/sq-ft. BSP after all discount-5650/sq-ft.

Rs.3.5 lacs for 1BHK and Rs.5 lacs for 2/3 BHK which is applicable for Construction Link Plan and Possession Link Plan.

Additional Charges- EDC/IDC-Rs.400/sq-ft, Car Parking Covered (1 mandatory for 2/3 BHK and optional for 1BHK)-Rs.3 lacs, Club Membership-Rs. 1lacs, IFMS-Rs.25/sq-ft., PLC-1st to 5th floor-Rs.100/sq-ft., Park facing-Rs.50/sq-ft and Corner Facing-Rs.50/sq-ft. Electricity Installation charges-(Min-3KV), Fire fighting Charges, Maintenance Charges, Meter Connection Charges, Power Back up charges and other charges as per terms of allotment and application will be charged extra and shall be collected before the offer of possession.
