But remember, First, you have to go through the builder. The builder is the lessee and you are the sub-lessee. It is the builder's responsbility to get the sub-lessees to get the registry done. However every builder will get a letter( on stamp paper) from you that the builder wants to get the registry done and if there is a delay then the sub-lessee is responsible. So it is best to get the registry done when the builder starts the process. At that point lots of flat owners get it done. Later you will have to run after the builder.

Hi Akash,
After giving possession the builder gives a list of flat owners to NOida Authority. This can take 3-6 months. And then the registry process start. The Builder helps the flat owners get the registry done. He wants to get over the headache. So, when that happens, people should get it done. But dont delay this else you may have to get registry done at circle rate.
