I am planning to buy a 3BHK flat in BRC Infra ( Manikonda ) in Block-F. Please let me know your advice regarding any issues like water problem, maintenance issues. ..etc.

Advantages:
Manikonda evolved as a perfect option for a young crowd, since it has affordable properties for them to invest in or rent, as well as several entertainment options to enjoy a lifestyle. There are several restaurants, shopping malls and multiplexes.

Disadvantages: Water Shortage: Like rest of the city, Manikonda also suffers from water shortage issues. The lakes of Osman Sagar and Himayat Sagar are both drying up, leading to a water scarcity everywhere in the city. Manikonda is not an exception. The residents have to mostly rely on water tankers and packaged water, despite having a water supply connection from the GHMC.

Bad Roads: The roads may be well connected, but there is some serious work needed on improving the quality of some of these roads. They are uneven with potholes, which makes it extremely uncomfortable for the vehicles.

Yes, Builder has taken approval from HMDA and banks like SBI/LIC/AXIS are providing loans for this project. Currently, the rate per sq ft is Rs 3200 for this project.

BRC Sri Hemadurga Sivhills is an ongoing project located and the project is expected to get completed by end of 2016.

If you are looking for ready to move in projects, you can go for projects like Vasathi Anandi, Jayabheri The Meadows, Aparna Sarovar, L&T Serene County, Mantri Celestia etc.

What are the types of apartments the project is offering and how many apartments, blocks and floors will be there?

There will be a total of 700 apartments with a combination of 2 and 3 bhk apartments with size ranging from 1230 sqft to 1755 sqft. There will be 7 Blocks and 12 floors on each block. The project is Vaastu Complaint with three sides ventilation.
