The size of apartments ranges from 1150 sqft to 3360 sqft. Amenities provided in this project are as follows: Swimming pool, Club house, Children's' play area, Senior citizens court, Basket ball court, Tennis court, Cricket pitch and Large open green spaces.

I want to know what is the total land area, number of blocks and number of floors? What is the USP of the project?

The project is spread over 20 acres of land. There will be 9 blocks and it is a G+14 floors structures. The USP of this project is that it will have 80% open space and 30,000 + Sq. Ft. Clubhouse with rooftop swimming pool

The price of the apartment in this project starts from Rs 76 lakhs on wards inclusive of car-park and exclusive of statutory expenses. The p[project has got approval from all leading banks and BBMP

Banks like State Bank of India, Federal Bank, Citibank, Axis Bank, HDFC Bank, LIC Housing Finance Ltd. ICICI Bank, Punjab National Bank, Canara Bank, Bank of Baroda, Kotak Mahindra Bank, IndiaBulls Housing Finance Ltd. IDBI Bank, Andhra Bank, South Indian Bank, Deutsche Bank Bank of India, Syndicate Bank, Vijaya Bank and State Bank of Travancore have approved the project.

The project is under construction and the estimated possession date is by early 2018. The cost per sqft ranges from rs 6320 to Rs 6500 depending on the unit type. The project will have 3 phases, namely Blue, Amber and Crimson ( 20 blocks in total)
