I feel that the real estate market is still developing in Hennur and moreover the locality is in the outskirt of the city.

Hennur Main Road is a good locality and the prospect of investment returns are quite high. The road branches off the Outer Ring Road approximately 6 kilometers northwest from the Benniganahalli Flyover.

Real estate prices are still relatively low in Hennur but are on the rise, as well-known builders have already begun their land acquisition and construction of residential projects.

Has the project got approval from BBMP? Which all banks provide home loan for the same? Also I want to know the area of the apartment.

Yes the project has got approval from BBMP and you can avail home loan from banks like HDFC, ICICI, Axis, LIC, SBI, Citibank, PNB. The size of the apartment ranges from 1832 sqft - 2060 sqft.

Salarpuria Sattva Aspire is an ongoing project by Salarpuria Sattva and the project is expected to get completed by end of this year. Currently the price of the apartment starts from Rs 98.26 lakhs on wards.
