GCC Samruddhi by Transcity Developers

I had booked a plot in GCC Samruddhi in 2016 for amount of 350 Rs with pre condition of joining self owned bank by transcity. Now after a year, they demand amount of around 80K as extra fees along with 350 Rs per square feet of booked plot size. The extra amount includes registration and other charges and still I am waiting for my selected plot . My plot area is not yet bought by developers and approved. The time when I booked, they showed other projects which were almost ready for registration of price 450Rs. I feel I could have taken that project and completed my registration also for completed projects.. Now also with their extra amount demand, we are paying same amount of around 450 rs with waiting period of few years with kind of uncertainity.
