I have been to the site in September 2015. Well maintained and work in swing. Area around is also getting populated. Big school nearby. New metro station approved 500 m from the building. All these info given by agent whom I know for more than a year. So seem to be reliable. Handover is likely by Dec 2016 as informed by agent

This builder is trapping the innocent buyers, once your 30 % money goes to builder, then builder does not identify you. and is not bothered to attend your query or one Mr. Manu Dev, little person is forced to sit at office just to listen the foul words of buyer, and does not have any information.

The builder is quoting two different price for two different scheme such as Basic Rate SPECIAL CLP PLAN ( Rs 3100 Per Sq. Ft.) and Basic Rate SUBVENTION PLAN ( Rs 3550 Per Sq. Ft.) for 36 months.

Panchsheel Greens 2 is the ideal project for investment. As the project is really an affordable segment project with easy payment plans.
