i have booked a flat in this project but they are delaying

Q: They changed builder from L&T to uni builder. If this builder good? they are delaying the registration time also. Please help me. Or share your opinion whether or not u too booked any flat here

I am also facing issue with Hiren Wahen. I had booked flat in Sep 2015 and they had promised then will start construction in October 2015. After waiting 1 long year, I cancelled my booking in Sep 2016 as still the construction not started.
I am yet to get my booking amount back and then are saying it will be refunded in 3 months.

Beware of this builder. They are big fraud.

Upon following up more on the refund, I am hearing different story every week. The builder says he is filing legal suite on Hiren Wahen for all the mess. Yet to get positive response on my refund. Its been almost 60 days i raised the cancellation request and still yet to get the money.

It seems it is not Uni Builder, its KNK Builder.. even for me i was told that, the project is going to start by Jan 1st week,,

Most of the builders do that and it irritating. There are many factor behind it govt approval, construction problem etc.

L&T is a reputed builder as far as I know but I have not heard about Uni Builder. I think you should talk to the builder regarding the registration process as and when they are planning to start.
