Worst builder

Q: Worst builder ever,with no ethics.They have approval for only 70 units,walls are not sponge finish as mentioned by them..Land is definitely not 1 acre as mentioned in brochure.Even if u go for registration by mistake,thats the end.There would be no progress in your flats work.You have to beg them for getting the work done,after paying full amount.They will ask you to fill project completion as 100% even though apart from walls nothing would have been down.Please dont go for this builder,has 2 more projects in the surrounding area,dont go for it as well.

Hi Anup, just wish to check if you got the documents verified? I am planning to buy an apartment on 4th floor. Not sure if the floor is sanctioned.

It was told that the project has got 0% deviation and there will be 75 units planned here. Moreover, it has got all the necessary approvals, it seems. What is the status of the construction presently?
