Dear Mr Vijay, you are an employee for Asst Builders, so how come you will tell the TRUTH about Asset Builders and Asset Aura. Whatever you are telling to Mr. Das is only one side of the story. I will show you the real pic. of "Aura".1 "Organic farm roof":It is watered by STP water which is full of feces. 2 "WInd mill": Two wind mills are already NOT working and shut down for good. 3 "water recycling": In reality there is nothing recycled. You show on your website that RO is being used, but in reality RO was never used in the first place& Aura is full of CRACKS. 4 "CEMETRY" : Aura has a CEMETRY inside Aura itself in a room which is in front of Swimming Pool & its wall shares the Aura's security room. &Other is in front of DX MAX. There is no street light Aura to Gunjur Bus Stop and till Panathur Railway Bridge. Mr. Vijay, please tell all above points are correct or not?Now IGBC, CRISIl, NDTV Award ": These are just an eye wash. And ABOVE ALL, AURA is deviated form its original plan.

Whatever you show in this video is a BIG FACADE. There is A BIG NALA ( drain water storm) Raj Kulave around Asset Aura. Its bore well gets dry in the Summer. It is very dangerous and horrible in the night because of there is no street lights on the road, so it is extremely difficult to find a cab in the evening & night. No Cab wants to come here in evening because of Cemetry/ Graveyard just on the road. If there is an emergency, even GOD would not come to help here. There is no market near by other than varthur Sunday vegetable market which is 4-5 km far from Aura. The very bad thing about this project is its quality & cracks. It is Asset builder's first out of main stream apt which is a big failure in every expect. Why buy from Asset Builders when you can buy better quality apts in same rate at good locations. This apt is inside the Gunjur Village.No facilities are available here. No matter what Mr. Vijay or its marketing dep. says. The Truth about Asset Aura is NOT going to change...

Dear Mr Das will all my respect and regards to you, I would say if you don't own one in Aura, then better not comment on it. Actually you are misguiding people to buy a correct property - if Aura is surrounded by jungle then may I know why you came all the way from jungle to see this?? Asset Aura is 500 mtrs from Sobha Dream acres (approx 5000 people community selling at rates close to Rs 5200 /- ). It is only 3 kms from Prestige 100 acre project at Varthur better known as Lake side habitat. I have not seen in India at least a project like this - which is having 1 acre of organic roof farm, Green energy synthesis via windmills and solar cells for entire common areas, 100% water recycling & host of other features. And it's not an exaggeration - we have required documents from- IGBC (platinum certificate), CRISIL 6 star rating, NDTV award for the best green building,Global property award for Best sustainable community & realty leaders award for best green building in entire nation.

BUYERS BE AWARE: One more thing i heard that Asset builders and landlord of Asset Aura have dispute about this apt. And couple of days back Landlord had locked the residents in&out. Landlord put the chain in the gate so inside resident could not go outside and outside resident could not come inside of Asset Aura. Now imagine where Asset Aura stands with this dispute. Think yourself is it right decision to buy this costly asset aura when there are so many good apts are all around this project and they are way cheaper than this. with OC &CC. One can never do justice with its price based on its location, functionality, and its way up FACADE which Asset Aura has put on its face. All the award looks like are bought. This apt hardly getting sold any more now. NOT WORTH BUYING NO MATTER HOW MANY NDTV OR 6 STAR AWARD IT WINS. NOTHING TO DO WITH ITS AWARD BECAUSE THIS APT IS FULL OF PROBLEM AND IN DISPUTE WITH LANDLORDS. WHAT IS THE JUSTIFICATION OF BUYING THIS DISPUTED APT? THINK HARDER TWICE

Dear all, This apt is full of problems. When i visited this apt and got feedback from 3-4 residents. They don't have a good experience. They were complaining about their stp gives brown, rust color, and bad smelly water when they use the bath rooms. They were saying, most of the people keep falling sick due to its bore well water is not good and has some problem is there. Their half of the windmills are not working. And this project has a cemetery adjacent to its main security room near main gate. And the other cemetery is some meters away from this apt near that lake which is just infront of this apt. I my self have seen the a lots of patches inside the apt which are from cracks and also outside of the apt. The whole structure is covered by cracks inside and out. Heard there are many more other problems. And it is surrounded by jungle. Do your proper research before u invest your hard earned money in this project. Its marketing office is very cheesy & tell only good thing about it.

Kalika said that builder is not good and there are cracks. In a week's time, the same person posted comments in all places including mouthshut that the builder is supportive.. This is creating a doubt,... Moreover builder is saying cracks are common.. How can one say Cracks are common?? There are many different types of cracks and some of them will impact the building. Have seen that in Asset Aura when I visited them to buy but turned down without comment because I noticed cracks and concrete on the first floor itself where they have their model flats and also in 4th floor where they took me to one of the 2bhks..
