Is it worth investing behind renaissance ranch on IVC road? I booked one from TGS construction. Anybody have booked it?

Q: Hi, Is it good to invest on the bank of IVC road, 1KM drive from NH7? I got one under pre-launch offer 30*40 plot. and they are quoting 1000/sqft - which i find very reasonable but as the developers is not so popular so i am really confused if i shall cancel my booking or believe them. Developer name TGS construction. Any suggestion please

No, they havn't completed any project till date. They are new in the market.

@Subhankar, What is the name of the project? Did they complete any project till date?

Rs 1000 per sqft seems to be okay when compared to the area but will it fetch appreciation in the coming days if at all some one is planning to invest here.
