Tata Housing Development Company has already developing an integrated township spread over 100 acres in Ahmedabad. This will be the largest integrated township for the company and the biggest residential project in Bengaluru.

The land parcel is located near Trumpet junction in Bangalore. The project's master plan is already finalized and the entire project is expected to be completed in more than five phases spread over 12-14 years, according to sources.
