When is the estimated completion date of the project and what about the amenities provided?

The project is expected to get completed by mid of 2018 and the builder is going to offer amenities such as Badminton Court, Cafeteria, Children's play area, Club House,Gymnasium, Indoor Games, Jogging Track, Multi purpose Hall, Swimming Pool and Tennis Court.

The price of row villas ranges from Rs 1.16 crores to Rs 1.62 crores approximately. The price of apartments falls in the bracket of Rs 27 lakhs to Rs 57 lakhs approximately plus additional charges. The project offer all the modern amenities.

Akruti Ark has got approval from LIC Housing finance and BMRDA. The project offers both apartments and row houses.

Booking amount for villa is Rs 5 lacs and booking amount for apartment ranges from Rs 1 lac to Rs 3 lacs. The project is spread over 15 acres (5 acres Project Ark) 1st phase. There will be 72 units of row villas and 48 units of apartments
