How is the locality Dollars Colony for staying with family? What about the connectivity and accessibility?

Dollars Colony like the name suggest is a place where lot of NRI's stay, Dollars Colony is a posh layout formed by the BDA. Connectivity from this locality is really good, touching the Outer Ring Road within 200 meters, 30 km from Airport. 35 Minutes for City Center. Nearest Rail station is Yeshwantpur which is 5 kms.

It is not a Phased development and the estimated possession date of the project is by 2019. Currently the rate per sqft going on is Rs 8199 and the price of an apartment in this project will cost you around Rs 1. 62 crores approximately
