a) The locality is superbly linked with metro station, shopping malls and various other basic establishments.
b) The peripheral ring road connects all the major highways.
c) Many International schools, colleges, hospitals and other basic amenities are available in this locality.

According to me, it is an ideal place to live in as well as to invest :)

As far as I know the project has got approval from BBMP and all leading banks. Yes the builder is going to provide OC and CC. The project is going to offer 95 units and it will be a G+4 floors structure.

Recently I have read about this project and it seems the price of apartments in this project starts from Rs 34.90 lakhs on wards. The project is under construction and the expected possession date of the project is by first quarter of 2017.
