Interested in this project but before that I want some feedback about the builder.

Assetz 63 East has announced the exclusive launch of its new Tower. The builder is giving special discount between 11th and 20th of November 2016.

Hi

Yes, this is a project by Assetz Homes (also known as APG Itellihomes officially).
Currently only C Block is up for booking. They are also offering Carpentry free flats, i.e. modular kitchen and wardrobes pre-built.
I have booked a 3BHK at the project recently.
Project Completion date is November, 2018

I heard that there is some kind of offer going on and also i wish to know about the near by schools and hospitals .

Yeah they are giving European Kitchen absolutely free if you are booking an apartment now.

Hospitals near by: Narayana Hrudayalaya Multispeciality Clinic 4kms and Motherhood Maternity Hospital 4.8 kms.

Schools near by: Primus Public School-0.8 km and Harvest International School is 1 kms

As far as I know the project has got approval from all the leading banks and you just have to pay Rs 1.9 lakhs today to book an apartment.

Assetz 63 Degree East is an ongoing project which offers 1,2 and 3 bhk apartments with size ranging from 685 sqft to 1349 sqft. This is a project by Assetz Lifestyle :) :)

What about the price going of here and what is the total land area? What is the total number of units planned?

Currently the base price ranges from Rs 4250 to Rs 4300. The price of apartments all inclusive falls in the bracket of Rs 41.30 lakhs to Rs 65.21 lakhs. The project is spread over 17.75 acres and there will be a total of 1608 units.
