Plz dont book flat in any SSVR group.Builder Not following his commitment. Maximum work is completed by respective flat owner. Cracks in wall, all tiles are cracks and scratched. Builder is not ready to replace. Very bad quality of work and supervisor behave is very bad.After possession you tell to do any thing he will deny even small things. Got incomplete possession after 8 month when the promised. still work not complete. I will never suggest any one to go with this builder SSVR
Where exactly is the project located? How big is the project and what all configurations are offered? What about the approvals and rate per sqft quoted?
The project is located at 493, Balagere Rd, Varthur Main Road, Devasthanagalu, Varthur, Bengaluru., Bengaluru. The project will have 88 signature style apartments with a combination of 2 and 3 bhk units, size ranging from 995 to 1440 sq.ft.
The rate per sqft quoted is Rs 3100 and you can avail bank loans from banks like Axis, LIC, HDFC, India bulls etc.
SSVR projects look good and one of my colleague's told me that they are using good construction material. The builder is offering all kind of modern amenities and they said that they are going to give OC also.
