Hi,
Most importantly, you should check whether there is any negative reviews about the project or builders have mentioned in any portals or not. If there is a project delay, change in floor plan and amenities, if builder is extra money for the said amenities, buyers will definitely post their reviews on it and inform the new buyers about the problem they are facing. So, better search in google about the project and then go for it.
Abhijit Thanki

Yes, Abhijit has mentioned here a very good points. If builders and projects are really doing good job then visit the project site, check the construction status, quality of material used in that project, check all the necessary approvals, try to negotiate the price with the builder, chk the connectivity, location advantages, transport facilities in the locality and then proceed. Hope, this will help you a lot i your property buying.......Thanks.

Hi Mujib,
Suppose, you are selling your mobile phone and you advertise with Quikr. Can you give bad reviews of your mobile in Quikr. You will only mention positive points no negative points for ur stuff. Real Estate portals also works with the help of developers. So, no real estate portals will give you the negatives points of any projects or you can say that they will always say, it is a good project and the developers is renowned in real estate market of Mumbai. So, better visit the project site ask the slaes guy or representative to show you the required legal documents of the project, ask in the neighborhood or the buyers of that project and then proceed.

You are right Ramesk,
But at the same time, real estate portal like, commonfloor.com, indianrealestateboard, harshasagar.com and Indianrealesateforum are the few portal which give you the exact information of the projects, localities, builders review and the legal aspects of the project that helps a lot to choose your property.
