Actually I am thinking of booking a 2 bhk here but bit confused whether I should go with this or not. How many units, blocks and Towers are planned and what is the total land area.

The project is spread over one and half acres of land and there will be a total of 130 units with a combination of 2 and 3 bhk units. There will be two towers with two blocks each and it is G+12 floors structure.

What about A Khata, OC and CC? Any idea, by when the project will be completed and how much is the rate per sqft going on?

When I enquired about the project, the sales person told that they are going to give A Khata, OC and CC. The expected possession date of the project is by end of 2017 and the rate per sqft going on is Rs 4000.
