What is cost of this property per square feet

55 flats out of 96 are for sale, rest are all of land owner.

Constructions is good, Flat size is also good, apart from that everything else is bad.
Builder has promised so many things to individuals, it is creating chaos among residents. Residents are building grilled door wherever they want when asked they say Builder promised.

How about the rate of an apartment in this project and what is total land area? Also I want to know about the structure details.

The price of apartments in this project falls in the bracket of Rs 35 lakhs to Rs 49 lakhs approximately. The project is spread across 27 guntas and structure is Basement+Ground+Three Floors
