Its been nearly 3 years of investing in the Serenity project of Jaycee!! No signs of IOD followed by other permissions??
Latest from one of the CRM executives is that CC awaited for want of finalization of DCR by State Government! I still wait for some volunteer investors to join hand to collectively go to the Builder.......show of strength would make a difference
Yesterday i went to the builder for serenity powai, they are giving excuses that some of the permissions are taking time and they don't have any clue when this project will start, they are saying it will take almost a year or may be more. They are giving me option to Exit from the Serenity Project or take transfer from Powai Serenity to Kandiwali. What You people are doing against this builder.
Hi Ramesh, I am with you, but we need more aggrieved investors to collectively make a noise to get some commitment from Jaycee or monies back... Can we have more participants?
Hi friends!!!! It seems this is a never ending process and builder has no intention to start the work. What is the course of action other investors are taking? I would like to join. I have been invested in this Project since last 3 yrs. Everytime I call them they have a standard reply that IOD shall come in 3 months time. Since Jan 2016, they have been telling that construction will start from April 2016, but until now I have not seen IOD so how the work will start.
Hi, Its exactly the same reasoning to me too! The immediate action to address the grievance is to collectively approach the builder to get a firm commitment or refund our monies...unfortunately since the land registration has been done, the builder will not have the liability of payment of interest as mentioned in the allotment letter...any other suggestion?
Hi Tej, This is in synchronize with the rest of Bhagtani's projects, none of them seem to be start. All the buyers in this project need to unite and take action against the builder. That is the only way you will be able to get your money back.
Yes Ramesk, Not sure how far has Jaycee Homes reached in terms of getting the approvals for Serenity. Serenity still in que that means savannah kanjurmarg approval will take another 5 yrs. for sure.
