Hi friends,
After comparing multiple project in Ravet which were going to be available by mid of the next year i think this makes sense. The builder is trusted and all the legal approvals are in place. Plan is also good. I got at 4765/sq-ft.

No, it doesn't come under Red Zone. I am also planning to book Flat in GK Royal Hills and i visited the Site it looks bit inside to me and other option i am looking for Arun Blu, Ravet, Pune. As Arun Blu, is on main road atleast rate wise not much difference only thing is that Arun Blu possession date will be in July'2017 but i doubt as GK has ready flats and still they are giving possession in June'2017.
