Which local body as well as financial institutions have approved this project? Is the locality of Ravet good for end users? Can i get some insights in Ravet?

And seeing the current scenario, i can say that Ravet's price should not be more than 4200/sq-ft whereas they are current charging Rs. 4750/sq-ft. Secondly, this project is still under construction and don't know that they will deliver the project on time or not. As per the developer, project's possession date will be March, 2017.

After comparing multiple project in Ravet which were going to be available by mid of the next year i think this makes sense. The builder is trusted and all the legal approvals are in place. Plan is also good. I got at 4765/sq-ft.
